What does the price include?
Each featured collar is $75 in every size. The leash is $59 and includes one decorative accent. These products include standard shipping, import duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. No additional import charges are due upon delivery.
Can I change the decorations on every collar?
The interchangeable accent system described here belongs to the leash. The featured bead collars have their own decorative design; do not assume their beads or decorative accents can be swapped.
How do I use and care for the accessories?
Inspect the band, stitching, hardware and decorations before use. Supervise wear and stop using a damaged item. Never attach a leash to a decorative bead strand. Keep small parts away from pets that may chew or swallow them.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders are processed in approximately 5 calendar days after payment. Estimated transit time is 10–20 calendar days after dispatch. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, associated island states or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Standard shipping to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC includes import duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees.
